Is buying CD´s safe through our website?
Yes, buying ad21music´s CDs is 100% safe! The order is carried out by PayPal. PayPal can be used to send and receive payments through the Internet. Once you sign up for PayPal, you can send money to anyone with an email address using money from your PayPal balance or another funding option of your choice, such as a credit card, debit card, or your bank account.
Recipients are then notified via email that they have received a payment from you.
It guarantees the best price, and the most discreet and secure purchase.

How much does it cost to ship the CD?

When will my CD arrive?
Delivery is by Spanish National and International Mail Service (CORREOS)
The estimated delivery time, from the time an order is placed:
Destinations in EUROPE; 5- 6 business days, outside EUROPE; 6- 7 business days.
Some International destinations may be longer due to customs and local postal systems.

What happens if my CD arrives damaged in the mail?
All CDs are guaranteed to play perfectly for 30 days from receipt. Any CD which does not play perfectly or arrives damaged, may be returned, with prior authorization, for a replacement copy
of the same item.
All returned items require a return authorization prior to their return. Don´t worry, to acquire a return authorization, simply email to contact@ad21music.com identifying the CD and a description of the defect. ad21music will process these returns and manage the process.
