Is buying CD´s safe through our website?

Yes. Buying ad21music´s CDs is 100% safe! The order is carried out by PayPal. PayPal can be used to send and receive payments through the Internet. Once you sign up for PayPal, you can send money to anyone with an email address using money from your PayPal balance or another funding option of your choice, such as a credit card, debit card, or your bank account.
Recipients are then notified via email that they have received a payment from you.
It guarantees the best price, and the most discreet and secure purchase.
When you buy directly from the artists, you are helping us to continue creating our music.

What is PayPal?

PayPal is an account-based system that allows anyone with an email address to securely send and receive online payments. PayPal makes sending money as easy as sending email. Members can instantly send money to anyone with an email address. Recipients are notified by email that they have received a payment. PayPal is also available to people in 190 countries including the U.S. Personal accounts are free, for individual use only.

PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient will not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This eliminates unnecessary worry about paying people you don't know.

Once you sign up and meet the requirements to send and receive payments, you may send money through the Send Money tab. Payments sent to your account will be automatically reflected in your account balance.

How much does it cost to ship the CD?

All Prices Includes Shipping (Worldwide)
LIGHT SHIPPINGS mode: you save 25% approx. on the shipping cost if we remove the jewels case (box) of every CD in COMBO PACK. All available artwork will always be shipped.

When will my CD arrive?

Delivery is by Spanish National and International Mail Service (CORREOS)
Orders are shipped same-day if received by 2:00 PM Mon-Sat. We ship 6 days a week.
The estimated delivery time, from the time an order is placed:
Destinations in EUROPE 4 - 5 Business Days.
Destinations outside the EUROPE 5 - 7 Business Days
Some International destinations may be longer due to customs and local postal systems.
Upon shipment, you will get an email confirmation that your order is enroute.

What happens if my CD arrives damaged in the mail?

All CDs are guaranteed to play perfectly for 30 days from receipt. Any CD which does not play perfectly or arrives damaged, may be returned, with prior authorization, for a replacement copy
of the same item.
All returned items require a return authorization prior to their return. Don´t worry, to acquire a return authorization, simply email to contact@ad21music.com identifying the CD, your Order ID and purchase with a description of the defect. Note that all returned CDs must be in the same condition as when they were received, including the jewel box and liner notes.
ad21music will process these returns and manage the process.

I can buy some ad21music recordings on another online store?
